Tomorrow AARP is offering a driver refresher course at the Howard Park Rec Center. It will start at 11:30 a.m. and last 4 hours. It’s a great opportunity for everyone to brush up on your driving skills, and if you take it some insurance companies offer discounts. The class is open to anyone, but is geared towards seniors. We’ve all had a family member who probably shouldn’t be out on the road anymore and it’s a great chance to encourage them to take the class and save some money. I’ve been in the car with my grandpa before and while I love him, sometimes I swear he thinks he’s on a race track! If you’re interested, call the rec center at 574-235-9428.
