Fox28 on season 8
If you’re an American Idol fan, you’ve come to the right place. Fox28 heard about my not so secret obsession with the show and are graciously allowing me to take a breather from the struggling economic and artic weather stories. As much as I enjoy reporting facts, it’s nice to give a little opinion once in a while. If you’ve tuned in at all this season, or even in past seasons, we all have something to say about the greatest reality television show in history (this is where I start to add my own opinions, this is fun!) Unless you’ve seen Armed and Famous or Temptation Island.. anyone? Just kidding.
This is where you come in. Each week, I will be blogging up a storm about the contestants and of course, the judges. Not to brag or anything, but I’ve predicted the winner almost every year, with the exception of season 5 (Taylor Hicks, really?). I want to eventually build my own top 12 list, but I need your help and your input! We’re entering week three of AI and I know many of you already have your favorites so let’s hear it!
Your mission is to pay close attention this week as American Idol hits the road to visit Jacksonville, Florida.
Oh, and just to prove I have a little “idol” street credibility, here are some pictures of past Idols I was lucky enough to meet. Do you have any pictures of past idols? If so, please send them in and I will post them! Don’t worry, I won’t end the blog with anything annoying.. like Bormann OUT!

Nathaniel’s pants really bothered me. He may be evolving into the one they keep around because people feel sorry for him.
Cool stuff. So who do you like from what you’ve seen?
Oh colleen I still remember the shirts you made that one year… well sort of. I think you should have the best tshirt making contest going it be funny to see what they all looked like if any where are close to beating out your skills.
I missed Idol last night, who made it. If you are posting a blog that is an icon on fox28 web page. WHY have you not updated last nights results.

Oh, and for the AI contestants– I really liked Matt from Kalamazoo; I hope he gets picked during the wildcard round. And the little redheaded girl who looks like Kelly Clarkson was pretty awesome…should be an interesting season!
